National Children's Adviser to the Church of England

Teaching on  Faith in the Home, Toddler Groups and Mission, Admitting Children to Holy Communion

Mary Hawes is the National Children's and Youth Adviser for the Archbishop's Council and comes with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. Her role includes resourcing and advising the Church at National and Diocesan level in its ministry with children. Prior to that Mary worked as a Diocesan Children's Adviser, cathedral Education Officer, Editor with Scripture Union and a primary school teacher. Mary was ordained in 2000 and serves as Associate Priest in the parish of St Mary with St Alban Teddington.
