Youth Evangelist and Discipler

Do you want to help young people find faith Jesus Christ? Will you help them grow in faith? Would you like to develop our youth ministry in church, and lead the team of local youth pastors working with 350+ young people each week in our secondary school partnerships?
If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a prayerful Christian, rooted firmly in the Bible and open to the leading of the Holy Spirit, to develop our youth ministry. Over the last three years, we have developed partnerships with the three local secondary schools in Burgess Hill, working with other churches in town. We seek to support the schools, and share our faith with staff and students within boundaries agreed with the school leadership teams. (We have permission to share our faith quite openly in all three schools). We are also seeking to grow and develop the youth work within our church, nurturing new leaders and developing the ways in which we help young people grow in faith. Although many things may change, given our current circumstances, we have been planning to put on some large youth evangelistic events in the near future – which you would play a key part in planning and leading.
We will not set an interview date until we know when we can do this, but we are seeking expressions of interest.
